  • What is a Task Quotient (TQ)?
Each of us has 1 of 496 different TQ© mixtures that defines our optimal state of motivation. TQ© is defined as the percentage mixture of each of the 3 task types (Routine, Trouble-Shooting and Project) that equal 100%.
  • How is TQ© established?
TQ© is based on several years of research by Dr. Kevin D. Gazzara. Each task Quotient is calculated based on 3 series of 15 questions. Dr. Gazzara developed and tested the validity of the questionnaire through independent simulations.
  • What does your TQ© assessment report define?
    1. Your ideal/preferred mixture of task types.
    2. Your current job's actual % mixture of task types.
    3. Your current job's optimal % mixture of task types.
    4. % change needed for each task type to move you from actual to ideal (preferred) state.
    5. % change needed for each task type to move your current job to an optimal (efficient) state.
    6. Your current level of job satisfaction.
    7. An action plan methodology that you can individually use to improve your job satisfaction. This plan can be extended to discussions/recommendations with your boss for improved team member utilization.
